Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you’ve received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We recommend you check if everything is as it should be, as soon as you’ve received products from us, this way we can handle everything swiftly in case of a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned without a valid reason. Easily perishable and frozen foods are not possible to return without a valid reason.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any foods not in its original condition or is damaged
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Prices and orders

Always view prices on this site as indicative! Contact us beforehand if you have any questions regarding prices. Not content with the price? Return the products to us within 14 days. Determinators of final prices can be:

  • Quantity purchased
  • Market volatility

Order confirmations automatically get sent out to you when we receive your order, depending on current stock we may adjust quantity if we can’t fulfill the requested product quantity, this will be mirrored on final order confirmation and not the initial one.

You now how the option to wish for a swap out of products in case of no stock, this means that we will only swap out products that we don’t have in stock with an identical product from another brand.

Shipping

We offer free shipping to Sjælland, however, as we are a wholesale business – there is a minimum order requirement for the following two zones: 1) Storkøbenhavn and Roskilde 2) Øvrig Sjælland
For zone 1 we have a minimum order requirement of 4000kr + moms to be eligible for free shipping.
For zone 2 we have a minimum order requirement of 10000kr + moms to be eligible for free shipping.

For other regions or for orders in zone 1 and 2 under free shipping min. requirement, we will add the shipping charge after we complete the orders and know how many pallets need to be transported. Rough shipping charge estimates are from 300kr per pallet. You can always contact us to hear if we can waive the shipping charge, in case we might have a driver planned to be in the proximity of your delivery address.

For smaller orders under 20kg gross weight, we can offer shipping through couriers like GLS or DAO, write your favored courier in the order notes field and we will process it according to the rates on the couriers site.
